$900 week special rate thru October 2013 (this is $100/night base + $77 taxes + $123 cleaning & maintenance). $1150 with $250 refundable security deposit. Spacious well-appointed ground floor garden condo with San Carlos Bay view. WE ARE BY CHOICE NOT LOCATED ON THE BEACH, WE ARE LOCATED ON THE QUIETER BAY.
Our extended Bay boardwalk and private fishing pier are just steps from our lanai. Experience peaceful views of dolphins, pelicans, manatees and passing boats. Cast your lines for good fishing off our pier or canal.
ONE MILE BIKE RIDE TO DEEDED GULF BEACH ACCESS PATH; 2 mile drive or bike ride to closest Lighthouse Public Beach. Many public beach accesses with parking, $2/hr. parking fee. There are also 2 Causeway Parks nearby on San Carlos Bay, where parking is free.
Mariner Pointe, located on a peninsula, is perfect for quiet, long walks and is safely connected to the island-wide bike paths. The Bay boardwalk winds around to a canal and boats slips (reservable with additional footage charges). Quiet; easy on-and-off island. Heated pool, tennis courts, shuffleboard courts and grills are outside our front entrance.

LARGE MASTER SUITE: king bed, walk-in dressing room, private full bath and screened porch. 2ND LARGE BEDROOM: king bed with full closet, sharing full bath off hallway with DEN, with twin sleeper sofa, recliner chair, small TV and DVD. Five main rooms have ceiling fans.
Billy's Bike Rental delivers and picks up your rental bikes. One-mile bike ride to deeded Gulf Beach access or easy ride to Lighthouse beach. A fishing rod, some tackle, beach mat, outdoor chair etc. in master bedroom's screened porch.
GLASS-ENCLOSED DINING LANAI, spacious, seats 6 comfortably at main table; game table seats up to 4 and kitchen bar seats 3. Fully-equipped kitchen. Large screen HDTV with BASIC cable and DVD in living room.
Washer/dryer in hallway nice to use after day at beach. Dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, carafe coffee pot, mini-chopper, blender, etc. plus outdoor faucet for shell washing; excellent A/C and hot water heater. One assigned parking space plus adjacent guest spaces.
We are not able to allow pets or smokers.

Stop by the Ding Darling National Wildlife Refuge and the Sanibel-Captiva Conservation Foundation Visitor Centers to see their excellent educational films and exhibits. Drive or pedal along the Ding Darling Trail to see our amazing abundance of bird life or a sunning gator. Canoeing, kayaking or sunset boat tours are available year-round at the Tarpon Bay Ding Darling Center.
The Bailey-Matthews Shell Museum, the Sanibel Historical Village and Museum, the fine Sanibel Library, the Island Cinema at Bailey's General Store and the Pirate Playhouse are among popular attractions.
Fine dining and varied shopping is available to fit all budgets (there are even a Goodwill and thrift stores). Free local papers with full activity listings are available at Bailey's General Store and other grocers.
Public beach parking lots on Sanibel and Captiva charge $2/per hour. Near both public boat launch, Sanibel Marina, east-end shops and restaurants.

We like to rent BY THE MONTH Dec, Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr $4800 TOTAL plus $250 refundable deposit.
May-Oct 2013 $1150 per week including refundable $250 sec. dep. Beyond 7 full days, $115 additonal per day. Or by the month May-Oct 2013 $3500 plus $250 sec. dep.
All paid in advance by check. No credit cards or PayPal. 86-year old majority owner stipulates this policy.
