Built in a cedar cottage style, this 2200 ft2 home encompasses lakefront living at its best, with custom hardwood and tile floors and very comfortable furnishings both inside and outside. The house features over 1500 ft2 of covered porch and balcony and sits up from the lake providing incredible views of Lake Henry.  The living area (the top floor) has a gourmet kitchen, dinning area, eat-in bar, great room with stone wood burning fireplace, a full bath(shower), one bedroom and 400 ft2 of balcony overlooking the lake.  The first floor(entrance) has the grand foyer, two bedrooms sharring a Jack & Jill bath (with tub/shower), the wash room, the master suite with its bathroom suite (2 person jetted tub and seperate custom tile shower) and over 1100 ft2 of covered porches.  120 feet down the path from the house is 350 ft2 of private floating dock. Launch your boat, canoe or kayak or simply relax and enjoy the incredilble view.

Lake Henry is a familyfriendly  lake.  Unique geography provides great areas for wake boarding, fishing and crusing in the pontoon as well as has large areas just for canoeing and kayaking. Have fun on the water,fish,  bird watch (enjoy our local bald eagles) or simply relax with family and friends around the fire pit, sitting on the dock, rocking on the four porches or star gazing on the balcony (amazing stars). 2000 acres wildlife preserve is across the street.  Numerous trails close by.

Hamlin our local town is 5 miles away and has numerous restaurants, stores and shops.  Scranton, Honesdale and Hawley are 20 minutes.  Cammelback and Sno are 25 minutes. Elk and Jack Frost are 35 mins.

Local Organic vegtables and the best every farm fresh home made ice cream are less than 5 minutes away.

• Summer Rates Start May 29-August 28  $ 2575 + 6%  includes cleaning fee.
• Fall Rates Start August 29th and go through October  $ 2000 includes cleaning fee.
• Fall Week end rentals are possible $ 1400 for a 3 day weekend if available.
• Option: $ 125 fee for use of 2 sit on top kaysks and pedal boat. (Signed waiver required for permission to use).

• Fully Refundable Security Deposit $ 750.00.  (Simply leave the house as you found it , no damage full refund). Additional $ 100 refundable deposit for use of boats.
• 40% Deposit at time of booking. SECURITY DEPOSIT and rent balance due three weeks prior to start of rental period. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• Credit Cards possible for a 5% additional fee. 
• Security deposit refunded within 10 business days of check out.

We adhere to all state rental rules.  We reserve the right to not rent to fraternities or sororities or groups larger than 11.  No Pets please.
