This house is located in the middle of town, just a few blocks off HWY 50 in a beautiful neighborhood. This property is in the Sierra Tract neighborhood of Hwy 50/Ski Run Blvd./Pioneer Trail. Just a few minutes from the house is Heavenly Ski Resort, Shopping, Snow and Water Sports, Entertainment, Restaurants, the Casinos, Stateline, Lake Tahoe and much, much more!!!

This clean and comfortable vacation home is perfect for a great Tahoe vacation. The house is located on a quiet street, Omalley Dr. There is a meadow in the back and a nice creek running through it. The meadow makes a great, safe place to explore and a fun area for the kids to do lots of exploring.

The open design of the downstairs is great for entertaining.  The Living room has a 50 inch LED TV mounted on the wall with full motion and HD channels.There is two new couches and a convertible couch/queen bed for comfortable seating for all our quests There are two kitchen tables that are able to seat all our guests for large meals. The kitchen is big and open and has plenty of room for preparing any meal. There are upgraded appliances that make cooking fun. The Brazilian Cherry Floors wrap the downstairs, opening the area so everyone can have their own space, and still be together. The downstairs also has a spacious Laundry/Mud room and a full size Bathroom. There is a convertible Queen bed and an extra Twin bed downstairs for additional sleeping options.

This two-story house has four bedrooms upstairs. Three of the rooms have queen beds and the fourth has two twins. There are two full size bathrooms upstairs, one in the master bedroom and one in the hallway. One of the rooms upstairs has a door that opens to a back deck on the second story. It is an incredible view of the meadow, creek and Heavenly Ski Resort Mountain. All the rooms have TV's and cable.

There is an attached two-car garage that makes access to the house easy.

This house has lots of amenities. There is a hot tub on the frist story deck overlooking the meadow with privacy. The house has many items inclusing blender, coffee maker, high end appliances, three full baths, mud/laundry room, two car garage, two stories of decks overlooking the meadow, and much more. There are two huge kitchen tables for all your guests to enjoy with plenty of room for the big meals. The bedrooms are all comfortable and have nice linens and comforters. There is WI FI and TV's in all the bedrooms.

There is lots to do around the house. The house is on a nice street and
backs up to a meadow. In the meadow there is a year round creek that is great
for exploring. Along this creek is a trail that runs the entire length of the Tahoe
Basin and stretches from the lake to the mountains. The beautiful Lake Tahoe is
only a minute away with many different types of beaches. There is lots of
shopping with the outlets at one end of the town and the Casinos and Casino
malls at the other. Many local restaurants are within a short distance for all
your dining pleasures. On the other side of the meadow is a rec center that has
pools, hot tubs and gyms and the Heavenly Ski resort. Sierra ski resort is 20
minutes back up the hill. This house is right in the middle of town minutes
from everything.
