Be literally less than 20 minutes from everything Ft. Lauderdale has to offer.  Wilton Manors is only minutes away.  The award winning Fort Lauderdale beach at the Atlantic Ocean is only ten minutes away.  Fashionable Las Olas Boulevard and its restaurants, galleries and upscale stores are also only ten minutes away. 

This short term rental house comfortably sleeps up to 10 people.  There is also a queen size sofa bed in the living room.  This lodging is so spacious, over 2,500 square feet, that many guests can enjoy their stay without even knowing that there are others in the house.  As one guest said, “Our family of nine lived here for a week without being on top of each other.”  The property boasts a large, extremely private HEATED pool and a huge great room with a large flat screen TV complete with all-movie channels and a CD/DVD player.  This vacation accommodation also has a fully furnished and functional office containing a desktop computer with high-speed internet connection, fax and printer.  There is also WI-FI just in case you’d rather check your emails outside while lounging at the pool.  This lodging wants for nothing - from the rich and comfortable furnishings to the smallest of necessities in the open kitchen.  There are toys for the younger children, board games and two bikes for the older children and a gas grille for outdoor family fun.  Lush, colorful  foliage surrounds the pool and the property. The friendly neighborhood is private, quiet and safe.

Rates are subject to change without notice.  Reservations are not considered confirmed until the contract is signed & credit card is approved. 

Rental Deposit:
A 50% rental deposit is due through MC, VISA, Discover, or Diners Club credit card at the time of reservation.

Balance: The remaining 50% rental balance, plus 100% of the 11% tax, plus the $125 cleaning fee, plus the Security deposit of $1000 is due through credit card the morning of check-in before guest arrival.

Security Deposit

The $1000 security deposit will be refunded within 5 business days after departure if there is no damage or loss to the property beyond normal wear & tear.

General Policies
There is no lifeguard. Swimming is at your own risk.

For everybody’s health, there is no smoking in the house.  Ashtrays are provided outside.

Check-in & check-out times are flexible provided other guests are not departing or arriving on your check-out or check-in dates.

Any major damage or loss (other than normal wear and tear) will be charged to the security deposit.  No illicit drugs are allowed.  No pets are allowed on the property or in the house.

Groups
This home is a single-family dwelling in a wonderful, QUIET, safe, residential neighborhood.  It is designed to accommodate a maximum of 10 people, including children. With respect for our neighbors, “PLEAS’D in Lauderdale” is NOT available for parties or group gatherings of any kind.  It is intended for mature adults & families.  Larger gatherings of guests visiting the tenants must be pre-approved in writing by the managers.  We do not rent to 18 year olds, college groups, or bachelor parties. No loud noise after 11 p.m.

Cancellation Policy
A minimum 30-day notice of cancellation is required in writing or e-mail for a refund of a deposit. A 90-day notice of cancellation is required in writing or e-mail for a refund for extended stays of a month or more. There is always a $25 credit card processing fee, no matter when the cancellation is declared. If the same party makes another reservation within sixty days of their cancellation, their forfeited deposit will be applied to the new reservation. There are no refunds for early departures and no-shows.

For your confidence and security in renting our property, this rental is licensed by the Florida Division of Hotels & Restaurants, which means that it is in full compliance with state safety standards.  The managers live nearby & are available 24 hours a day in case of emergency. The home is maintained on a regular basis for cleaning (pre- and post-occupancy), pest control, landscaping and pool service.
