Equipped with a flat screen LCD TV, DVD & IPOD surround sound stereo sound system; Feel free to relax on the convertible couch which opens out to a double sized bed for lounging around as you enjoy TV, or to accommodate an additional guest for sleeping. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen sized Therapeutic Memory Foam Mattress and full sized walk-in closet; 3rd bedroom is furnished with a Trundle Style pullout bed that sleeps two, and desk space with internet connection.    *Both bedrooms also open out to your poolside mountain view.

Minimum Rates: June through August

Maximum Peak Season Rates: September thru April unless otherwise noted by owner special deals of pricing.

In addition to the rate:
- 11.75% Palm Springs Tax,
- $500 min. security deposit (refundable 30 days of departure) OR a $49.00 flat (nonrefundable) security fee is required.
- $150.00 one time, cleaning fee or per additional cleaning upon request.
- Optional pool heating @ $45/day or $200/week* utility fee which includes heating/operation of private pool.
*Gas & Electricity paid directly by guests on reservations of 14 days or
more if preferred.

*All Credit & Debit Card Reservations for this property will be billed as/under Aesthetic Sales Consultants,LLC; Half payment is due upfront and non-refundable at 3O days prior to arrival. Remaining balance must be paid and is non-refundable after 7 days prior to arrival. Security deposit will be billed 3 days prior to arrival when check in information and address is provided. Booking information, credit card deposit along with corresponding drivers license or passport & signature are required to reserve this property.
