The next bedroom offers a queen bed and TV and there is a bathroom across the hall for use by this bedroom. There is also a kids room on this level that offers two twin beds and a small play area that is perfect for the children. 

This home's excellent location is perfect for people coming to Breckenridge to ski, hike, bike, or just visit the town. It has quick and easy access to the gondola or the shuttle and is just a short walk in to town. The minimum age limit to rent 25. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
This property can accommodate a maximum of 4 vehicles.
4x4 is recommended during any date that snow may occur.
Ski access: I 1/2 blocks to Gondola.
Minimum night stay requirements do apply, and for dates that allow less than a 5 night minimum stay there is a cleaning fee of $200 + tax that will be applied to your rental.
The refundable damage deposit is $500.00 and will be collected in advance.
