The House

This home is two homes in one with two master bedrooms and two full kitchens. There is a common door between the two areas of the house that can be locked for privacy. 

One section of the home has a huge, upstairs master bedroom with views of the bay and backyard. Below this bedroom is a game room perfect for family gatherings and a sleeping area for children. A full kitchen and huge bathroom round out this side of the home.

The other section of the home has a large, fully equipped kitchen, living room, huge family room with cathedral ceilings and a large nautical themed fireplace. A master bedroom with views of the backyard and master bath with a dual vanity round out the bottom floor. The upstairs of this home has two more bedrooms and another large bathroom with dual sinks and ocean views.

There is a built in intercom system so you can communicate to others wherever they may be in the home. 

The Backyard

If you didn't feel like you were in a tropical oasis, you will as soon as you walk into this backyard. The first thing that will catch your eye is the 25 foot waterfall with pond as you look across the yard. You can't help but notice the towering palms and bird of paradise trees that adorn the perimeter of the yard or the gorgeous flagstone around the pond and in the middle of the courtyard. A secluded hot tub is available for relaxing after a day of sightseeing or after making a dinner on the large BBQ.

Talk a walk to the outdoor upstairs area where you can sit and relax in several areas including the sun deck where you can have a drink while watching sunsets over the bay.

During those rare cool nights, enjoy the heat of the fire pit in the middle of the courtyard.

Plenty of seating will ensure that all of your guests are comfortable.

If you are lucky, you may get to meet the two resident hummingbirds that live just outside the family room door.
The entire property, including the backyard, is wired for sound with controls for volume in each area of the house. 

Following is a breakdown of the key areas of the house. 

4 Bedrooms with an optional 5th: 3 Queen beds, 1 double,  and 2 sofa sleepers. 

• Master Bedroom 1 - Over 375 sq. feet of living space with floor to ceiling windows, cathedral ceilings, and view of the gorgeous backyard and the San Diego Bay
• Master Bedroom 2 - Large room with a tropical feel and windows looking out into the tropical backyard. 
• Bedroom 3 -Second story bedroom with vaulted ceilings with glass french doors that open onto a small sitting area overlooking the phenomenol backyard.
• Bedroom 4 - Comfortable room with a queen bed and tons of closet space.
• Bedroom 5 - There is a reading room off the family room that is very bright and inviting during the day and can be used as a bedroom by converting the sleeper sofa into a bed and doors that can be closed to make this bedroom number 5
• Sleeper Sofa - The family room has a very comfortable, queen size sleeper sofa that easily accomodate 2 more adults. 
• Trundle Bed - There is also a trundle bed in the work/game room that can sleep two more people preferably children. 

Dual Kitchens - This home is very unique with it's fully equipped dual kitchens

Living room: Large, bright, airy living room , hard wood floors throughout.  TV with DVR and stereo with controls for the entire house. 

Family Room - This room is stunning with hardwood floors, cathedral ceilings, floor to ceiling windows and a massive wood burning fireplace. You can't help but feel like you are in a resort when  in this room.

Game Room - This home has a large gameroom under master bedroom1. This room is perfect for playing board games, poker, or for the kids to play video games on the large plasma screen. 

Office/Work Room - This home used to have a business operating out of it and still has a great work area stocked with everything you might for the professional who can't leave work at home. Envelopes, pens, pencils, packaging materials, etc are here for your use!  

3.5 Bathrooms: Master Bathroom 1 is huge with a opaque glass wall that will make you feel incredible.  Other bathrooms have dual vanities with walk in showers. 

Central air and heat throughout the entire home. 

Use of  Free WiFi, DVD, Flat Screen HDTV(s),BBQ, Full Kitchen, Beach Chairs, Beach Towels, surf and Boogie Boards, and Cooler.

Washer and Dryer is on the premises and free to use.

$3500 per week (Week rental may be required, certain exceptions are permitted, please inquire for details)
$500 per night based on a 7 night stay during high season.
High Season: 6 nights: $525/nt., 5 nights: $550/nt., 4 nights: $575/nt.

Mid Season (September 6, 2011 - September 30, 2011)

$3000 per week 
$415 3 night minimum (Reservations for less than 3 days will be at a higher rate)

Low Season (October 1,2011 - April 28, 2012)

$375 per night based on a 7 night stay during low season.
Low Season: 6 nights: $400/nt., 5 nights: $425/nt., 4 nights: $450/nt.

Christmas/New Years Holiday rates are from December 23rd through January 1st @ $500 per night based on a 7 night stay.

$500 Security deposit due at time of booking. Full payment due 30 days prior to arrival.
