What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. The place was very fresh and clean and there is even a nice seating area on the patio. The bedrooms were a decent size and the bed and comforters were as plush as ever! The only downside was parking. We were assigned two parking spaces but one was always taken, either by residents or other visitors, who knows? It was actually annoying but other than that, everything else was perfect and it was truly our home away from home!

Paul was a nice, professional man and was very easy to do business with. I am so glad we opted to stay off the strip for our first time in Vegas and will definitely look up his rentals again on future Vegas visits.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway

Great home away from home

The condo was exactly as described on the website. It was extremely clean and smelled so fresh when we walked in. We were traveling with 3 children so hotel rooms don't work well for us and this was a fantastic alternative. It was far enough away from the strip that you weren't bothered by the constant bustle and noise, but close enough that we could get there in 10 minutes. The person managing the bookings, Paul, was very responsive and very flexible with our ever-changing dates! He worked with us to get what we wanted and needed and everything was easy from arrival to departure. I would definitely recommend this property for anybody wanting to experience Vegas without being in the thick of the strip.

Exactly as described and a great stay. Super easy and fast to get to the strip. Did not use the pool as we were working at a convention, but would stay again in a minute. Parking rules are strict. Keep to the instructions.
