The "Bella Vita" is a totally renovated condo.  Everything is brand new from floor to ceilings! located half a block from infamous Duval St., this beautiful 1 BR, 1 bath property is perfect for an island getaway.  There are plenty of shops and restaurants well within walking distance, or if you prefer making meals yourself, it comes with a fully equipped kitchen. The property also features a king size bed, cable TV in the living room and bedroom, dvd player, alarm clock/radio, hair dryer and a queen size sleeper sofa.

3 short blocks away is the southernmost point, which is a fantastic spot for watching the sun rise, or just snap a few quick photos for your vacation album.  The shared porch is a great place to mingle with your neighboring vacationers or lounge with a drink and listen to the sounds of Key West.  Work on your tan at our State Park Fort Zachary Taylor!  Only two blocks away is South Beach (which is free) at the end of Duval on the Atlantic ocean.  It is the southernmost beach in the continental U.S.  Just a few feet away from South Beach is the Southernmost Beach Cafe which offers breakfast, lunch, dinner and happy hour! 

Just a short bike ride away is Dante's Pool & Raw Bar located on the Historic Seaport at Conch Harbor.  It's open to the public (children & pets welcome) with a large pool, full bar and grill. A block away at 300 Catherine St. is the Community Center. They have a large pool, picnic tables, basketball courts & playground. Key West is a two by four mile island connected   to the mainland by a chain of 57 bridges.  The average temperature is 77 degrees.  People get around by bicycle, walking, electric cars, taxis, or pedicabs.  Key West has approximately 300 bars and restaurants.  Key West is considered "close to perfect, far from normal."
