• $300. Booking Fee-1st Deposit [Can be] PayPal or credit card, it is 100% refundable up to 30 days before arrival!
• 30 days before arrival Rent fee must in full.
• Cleaning fee $180 and 2nd part of the Deposit $700 7 Days before arrival
• The Deposit (300+700) $1000, will be return within a 48 hours after turning in keys and the Unit is "in Good terms".
