The condo is located in Dana Point which is a coastal city on the southern end of Orange County, California, near border to San Diego County. This stunning condo features a modern kitchen with ceramic flooring, stainless steel appliances, solid wood cabinets, granite counter tops and glass tile backsplash. The kitchen is well equipped with all the accessories to make that morning cup of coffee and toast to a full course meal at dinner with 20 spices on hand! The adjoining dining room seats six comfortably plus two barstools at kitchen peninsula for keeping your cook company and entertained. The entire living room/dining/kitchen is one open and spacious area. The living room sleeper sofa is very comfortable and allows for additional family or friends. Entertainment in the living room consists of a 47" LCD TV with cable programing and a Sony PlayStation3 with various video games. We've also included “old school” board and card games for youngsters and adults too. The master bedroom is large, elegantly decorated and features a king size bed with plush bedding, a 37” LCD TV with cable TV, landline and a private master bath. The living room and master bedroom both have access to the vast database of streaming services such as Netflix (included for free), Hulu, Vudu and others, as well as a Blu-ray DVD player. The secondary bedroom is stylishly appointed and features a queen size bed. Both bedrooms have balconies for added outdoor living/retreat areas. The common area bathroom has a stacked washer and dryer for longer-stay guests and at-home convenience.
