We are glad that you have found our vacation home.  For us it has been our home for the past two and a half years, but, we are excited about others finding out what we know.  We are now making our house available for rent.  Now everyone can find out how Dauphin Island is one of the Gulf Coasts best kept secrets.  We feel like we have the best of both worlds here.  We have one of the most spectacular views from our back deck looking over one of Dauphin Islands inlets, along with a view toward Mobile Bay and entry to the Gulf of Mexico. We are only a couple of minutes from the beach, so we have you covered which ever you prefer during your stay. 

Our house has a great layout inside, if you are coming with your family or sharing your vacation with another family.  We have two bedrooms on each side of a large family room, with jack and jill baths in between.  Plenty of privacy if you are sharing a vacation with others.  The downstairs fifth bedroom is perfect for the kids. The kitchen is open to the family room giving it a warm, open feeling.

Our back deck will be the winning part of this story.  You will not want to come back inside once you relax on the deck and get lost in the view.  You will see beautiful sunsets, boats passing by, and the peacefulness of the water on a calm or breezy day while you relax on the deck. You can keep an eye on the children swimming below in the pool.  I told you, you will not want to go back in.

No matter how long you stay, you will not lack for things to do.  From our home you will be able to go swimming, fishing, kayaking and boating.  Dauphin Island is a great place to go for a long walk, ride bikes, bird watch or just lay on the beach. You can even catch the ferry that runs between Dauphin Island and Gulf Shores. 

Dauphin Island will give you what most people want from a vacation.  A chance to escape the busy and noisy life.  When you go home, you will know that you have been rested and recharged.  We hope you will love our home as much as we do. Thank you, Steve and Cathy Vickers.

Rentals are from Sat. at 3 p.m. to Sat at 10 a.m. in peak seasons.

Add $300.00 per week for 4th July, Fishing Rodeo, and Thanksgiving.

All rates must include additional 11% tax plus $150.00 cleaning fee.
