Just take the elevator to the ground floor and you are steps away from the Six Pack lift. Our 3 bedroom/3.5 bath single level condo (2,600 sq ft) is the Penthouse on the 7th floor of the Eolus building which is located in the heart of the main plaza - making your vacation as easy and convenient as possible.

The condo is furnished with modern southwestern furniture and features exposed beams throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped and features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and is complete with cooking utensils etc. This unit comes with an underground parking space and a washer/dryer. 

The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed while the 3rd bedroom contains a set of double bunk beds as well as a trundle bed. Additionally, a queen sized pull out sofa bed is located one of the the main living areas which allows the condo to sleep 11 comfortably. 

There are two separate living spaces which is perfect for families. There is also a huge private balcony which overlooks the main plaza and the Six Pack lift and has awesome views of the the surrounding moutains as well as the ski area and an additional private deck off the bedrooms. There is also a wood burning fireplace (wood is provided). And for those occasional warm days in the summer, the penthouse even has air conditioning.

For an optional 8% resort fee, you can have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub, gym and lockers. Inquire for more details.

We offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (rafting trips, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, lift tickets, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities as well as the Durango/Silverton Train.

And we can offer discounts on many of these activities including the Durango/Siverton train.
