This cosy, comfortable, convenient condo is family owned. It has been totally remodelled in the spring of 2012 and is very reasonably priced. For added privacy it is a true 1 bedroom condo with a wall, featuring a pocket door, separating the living area from the bedroom. It is ideal for one or two couples or a family of 4.

We will send you a slideshow featuring our condo, Carriage House and the surrounding area when you make an enquiry. We think you will be impressed.

GREAT LOCATION, the free bus service has a stop right next to the building in Poison Creek Lane to take you to Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley or the historic Main Street. Half a block down Prospector Avenue is the stop for the Canyons Resort. Ski boots can be worn on the bus as it is a quick trip to the slopes and the bus drops off close to the lifts. No car is required when staying at Carriage House.

If you do have a car there is free off street parking in a lot right outside the building and underground parking is available on a first come first served basis.

There is a hot tub on the ground floor that is a great place to relax after a days skiing on Utah's "greatest snow on earth" and to exchange skiing stories with other guests. The hot tub is also popular in the summer months after hiking or biking in the beautiful mountains. There is a heated outdoor pool  adjacent to the hot tub with a gas BBQ on the surrounding deck.

In the condo there is a wood burning fireplace. The kitchen is well equipped with new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and travertine backsplash. We have condiments, coffee, spices and basic food items in our kitchen for the convenience of our guests.

There is an extremely comfortable queen sized bed in the separate bedroom and the brand new sleeping sofa in the living area features a queen size inner spring mattress designed to give a great nights sleep. 

Carriage House features a good free WiFi  service throughout the building.

In the living area there is a 37 inch flat screen TV a DVD player and a printer for guest use. There is also a combined TV and DVD player in the bedroom. The Comcast digital cable network is available throughout the building. 

In the beautifully remodelled bathroom we have installed a brand new washer and dryer.

The owners of this condo are ski instuctors at Park City Mountain Resort. They live in Park City year round and are able to provide advise on all Park City has to offer, local conditions or practical assistance if required. The condo is also home to the owners parents/parents-in-law when ever they visit from Tasmania. Because the condo is used by family it is very well equipped with everything that is needed to have an enjoyable stay.

My husband and I stayed here for a week in march. We loved it. The condo was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. It was very cozy with good climate control. The washer and dryer really came in handy. The owners had left basic condiments plus coffee, tea, hot chocolate, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry and dish soap etc which we thought was very thoughtful. Also on hand was a bookcase with a nice variety of books as well as a nice selection of DVDs. There was even a printer you could use with your laptop. The location was very convenient, bus stops for 3 of the local busses were on the same block. you could also walk into town on the rail trail located right across the street. It was obvious the owners had put a lot of care and attention into their recent renovations. It was perfect for the 2 of us and the price was certainly right. very clean very comfy, very welcoming and very convenient. The hot tub was great after skiing, usually had it to ourselves! we will stay here again if its available the next time we are in Park City. The owners were really nice to deal with and I had my security deposit back within 2 days of leaving! although we were visiting our daughter who gave us some rides we could have gotten by the whole week without a car, bus service gets you everywhere and comes every 20 minutes.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway

We did put lots of hard work into the remodelling and are so pleased that it has hit the right note with our guests, the washer and dryer are a real asset. The local free bus service is just so convenient and it does mean no parking hassles especially in busy holiday periods. It was lovely working with you and I hope we can do it again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay in Park City at this condo. The condo was clean and well-maintained. It is centrally located to everything we needed as well as the slopes. The owner contact, Fran, was very agreeable to work with. I would recommend it to others.

Love this Place!

I have stayed in this unit for 5 years now and it is one of the nicest places I have every stayed. The owners of this property are really great people to deal with. I have never met them personally but feel as if I know them due to our emails back and forth when I am in the process of renting. I gave them my security deposit five years ago and have told them to keep it on hold for me as this is my go to place when I visit Park City. I loved this place before, I'm looking forward to staying there this season and seeing the new remolded.

Recommended for: age 55+, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway
