Beautifull, remodeled,lagoon frontage, Ocean Pointe Condo with separate dinning room. Large, neutral-color, porcelian, ceramic tile threw-out. Comfy red area rugs in living room and dinning room. This condo is half again as large as most condos. Upgraded king, 2 queen, and one roll-away bed. Furniture is high quality. Dark Cherry in master bedroom. 55 inch HDTV in living room with dvd player, and extended cable channels. 40 inch HDTVs in both bedrooms. DVRs in bedrooms and living room. Kitchen is well stocked with just about everything a good cook would want: Kitchenaid, professional mixer, stainless frig with double door & ice/water in door, built in microwave, oven, and cook top. Walls are adorned with hand painted palm trees and flower/vines. Master bath has giant tub & shower & disability height toilet. Two parking spaces in underground parking with elevator to the door. Two pools, and three hot tubs with one right outside the patio door. We have three patios with tables and chairs: one in front, one in back and another common patio on lower level with hot tub.
