Beautiful Brazilian cherry hardwood floors throughout . Large screened porch, outdoor bar and grill, outdoor shower and large sliding glass doors from every room lead to private outdoor spaces and decks. This vacation home is located on a quiet cul de sac at the Amelia Island Plantation/Omni Resort community that exemplifies environmental sensitivity and the luxury of a leisure lifestyle.Free high speed cable internet & WiFi,2 Flat screen HDTV's 3 other TVs & 2 CD/DVD players . Walk from the house to the Omni Resort Spa and Shops:
The Spa and Salon: a full service spa facility.
The Village shops include: a gourmet food and wine store, ice cream shop, 3 restaurants,various other stores.
The Nature Center: activities include, bird watching, okefenokee swamp tour,kayaking,hiking,nature talks,stargazing,fishing,beachcombing and many many more activities for all.
Across the street from our home is: Aury Island for Fishing and a playground
Other points of interest at the resort are:
Drummond Point Park for basketball, nature viewing, playground
Willow Conservatory,Sunken forest and Walkers Landing for nature viewing
and for your soul: The Plantation Interdenominational Chapel.
Restaurants at The Omni Resort are : The Veranda Seafood Restaurant. PLAE Restaurant. Marche' Burette Grill and The Falcon's Nest Bar and Grill.
There are also many wonder restaurants on the island that are included in my visitor guide at our vacation home.
Please note: An Amelia Island Plantation/Omni Resort amenity card is not available with this resort rental or any rentals. The following amenities are only available for Hotel Guests: They are the Omni resort golf courses, tennis courts and and The Omni Hotel swimming pools.
All other Plantation amenities are available to all residents and their guests.

Spring 2013: March 1st - May 31st; $375/night, 4 night minimum.
Summer 2013: June 1st - August 31st; $400/night, $2800/week, 1 week minimum.
Fall: September 1st - October 31st, $350./night, 4 night minimum.
$175 Cleaning fee. Pet fee $75 with owner approval only.
$200 Fully Refundable Damage Deposit. 11% tax.
