This Villa  offers an EXCLUSIVE GOLF MEMBERSHIP at Highlands Reserve Golf Club (being one of the few villas signed up for a Golf Villa Membership Program). This means that all registered guests can play golf at Highlands Reserve for the minimal member fee of $20.00 pp  + tax per round, no matter the season! 

The whole family can come together in this large villa, which has 7 bedrooms (all equipped with ceiling fans) - the children will love the 3 Disney themed bedrooms. When you're not out exploring Orlando, be constantly entertained at home by the games room, televisions in ALL rooms, brand new appliances, WIFI internet, a computer and printer, double air conditioning units and gorgeous golf course views.

The villa’s fantastic pool decking area covers the entire width of the house and has been extended out to take advantage of both the late afternoon sun and the great golf course view. This area includes one of the neighborhood’s largest private, heated pools (13ft 9' by 26 ft 6') fitted with night-lights & a pool guard for child safety, a spa/Jacuzzi and a large lanai with a ceiling fan.

Sterling on Highlands is 20 minutes from Disney and 5 minutes from the Berry Town Centre (where you will find restaurants and a supermarket...even an English pub!).

Sterling on Highlands is located on the prestigious Highlands Reserve Golf Course. And of course. The villa is one of the few villa's to sign up to The Rental Advantage program enabling our geusts to play golf at Highlands Reserve for free. You only pay the cart fee of $20 pp all seasons.

The villa is a 20 minute drive to Disney and 5 minutes from the Berry Town Centre, where you will find numerous restaurants & takeaways, shopping (from high-end malls to outlets) hair dresser, beauty salon, petrol station, bank, ATM and a Publix supermarket...even an English pub!

The nearby theme parks/attractions include Disney Resort, Universal Studios, Busch Gardens, Sea World, Discovery Cove and Aquatica. Kennedy Space center is just over an hour's drive.

Gulf Coast Beaches is approximately 60 minutes driving. Atlantic Beaches is also approximately 60 minutes driving.

Orlando International Airport is about a 45 minute drive. While Sanford airports are just over an hour away.

Optional Pool Heat USD $ 200 or GBP 125, minimum 1 week

Optional Spa Heat USD $25 or GBP 15, minimum 1 week and must have pool heat.

Optional BBQ Hire USD $50 or GBP 30 per week.

Minimum booking period is 7 nights.
25% deposit is required when booking. This is non-refundable.
The balance is required 2 months before your arrival .

You can pay direct into our USD bank account or we accept Credit Card Payments.
Pay in your own currency. Visa & Mastercard are accepted for USD, GBP, Euro and CAD.
We charge a 5% fee to take a credit card.

A ‘security deposit’ of USD$ 500 GBP 340 must also be paid with the final instalment. This is refundable, and will be returned in full if there is no MAJOR damage to the villa.
