This four bedroom jewel has a master suite downstairs with bay windows facing the water, a Roman tub, his and her sinks, and a sliding door leading to the waterfront pool and lanai. A stunning waterview from the second story balcony compliments a bedroom upstairs with queen bed and double closets. Two other bedrooms upstairs round out the sleeping arrangements with a lofted bedroom on one end and a bedroom with twins next door for the fourth bedroom.  The three upstairs bedrooms are centered by a computer station with internet connection and reading area with a wide variety of books and magazines, and plenty of games for the kids!.  If you MUST stay connected while on vacation, there is wireless internet throughout the house.  The home boasts three full bathrooms; one upstairs, and two downstairs, including a pool bath. 

The great room is spacious and perfect for entertaining, with cathedral ceilings, a gas fireplace, a wine and buffet area, stocked with glasses and dishware for any occassion. All first floor rooms enjoy a picturesque view of the water. Sliding doors with screens open onto the backyard where you are sure to spend most of your time.  Just beyond the pool and jacuzzi, a gentle slope of land leads down to the water where you can catch crabs or fish, while watching shrimp and sponge boats glide by on their way out to sea.  If your luck at fishing is bad, pop around the corner and pick up a fresh seafood dinner from one of the many restaurants or fresh seafood markets. And while you're at it, grab some freshly baked Greek pastries for dessert in the largest Greek community outside of Greece, steeped in rich culture.

This property is available for two week minimum.

November 15th to May 15th seasonal  weekly rates of $1350. Non-seasonal rates $1200/week. 2012/2013 Season rates $1400/1250 for 7 nights in season/out season.

Holiday rates may vary.

Additional nights may be added for $200/night seasonal, $180/night non-seasonal.

Refundable Deposit $300.  Cleaning fee $150 or $200 for more than 5 persons.
