Premium rate for holiday weeks, film festivals and groups of 5 people.
50% deposit to hold the reservation and the entire amount is due 3 weeks prior to arrival. $89 damage protection insurance fee...no deposit necessary. $150 cleaning fee per week for stays longer than 12 days.  Credit card, Paypal, cash, cashier's checks and money orders all accepted.

Check-in time is 4pm andcheck-out time is 11am
