This gorgeous Victorian Estate is a rare find in the oldest sea resort in the country... It was owned by one family for 140 years and is only now being shared!  It was a HUGE hit in its first year in 2011.

Located on an unusually large property, it has been fully restored with gorgeous decor, a brand new kitchen, stainless steel appliances...but has kept its original hardwood floors and historic detail. 

There are lots of spaces to hang and create memories, starting with 2 living rooms (separated by pocket doors), a 42" flat screen tv and game table... as well as flat screen tvs in the upstairs bedrooms.

The outside is just as dynamic... situated on an unusually large property with extensive gardens and water features, such as a waterfall and lilypond (protected by fence for protection of little ones).  There are plenty of quiet spaces to sit, read and meditate in nature...

Or you can barbeque on the new gas grill and hang in the horseshoe garden, where you will be able to eat outside, surrounded by a wall of flowers.  Another great place to hang after a day at the beach is the private front porch, complete with rockers and ceiling fans.

This home is conveniently located just steps from restaurants, a deli, gourmet cheese shop, gym and yoga studio.  Also just a short stroll from the ocean, pedestrian malls, restaurants, vineyards and more... There is something for everyone.

In order to add to your comfort there is air conditioning that can be controlled in each room, cable television, wireless internet, brand new equipped kitchen, breakfast nook with bar stool seating, washer & dryer with rear mud room, as well as an awesome, large outdoor shower - what has turned out to be a favorite feature for many.

Ideal for families, 10 people are easily accommodated.

BONUS - rental includes TEN 2012 season beach tags and a private locker on the beach for storing all of your beach things.  Umbrella and 9 beach chairs are provided, as well as a few toys for the kids... already there in the Storage Locker for your use and convenience.

There are activities for everyone... from visits to local vineyards, sports - like golf, tennis, kayaking and water sports... to dolphin watches and fun days at the beach!

Rates are based on the season...

Winter Rates - 350. per night (typically 2 night minimum)  Weekly 1750.

Spring - 900. 3 day weekends or 1750. weekly

June - 2800. weekly

July and August - 3600. weekly

Fall - 900 3 day weekends or 1750. weekly
