This 3000 sq.ft. 4 bedroom 3 bath home can sleep 16, and has just  been renovated  with brand new wood and granite floors, and new custom color 3 toned paint, inside and out. The home is equiped with new appliances and 3 A.C and heating systems.

All  beds are high end pillow topped mattresses for a great night sleep. This home has all the emenites you will need to ensure a comfortable and relaxing vacation.  The crystal clear pool is huge, with a large backyard and sits on a corner lot for plenty of space and privacy.

There are many shops, restaurants, clubs, and pubs within  walking distance from the home. We have a great bus line system, and is only a football field away and runs every 15 minutes.

We are located on the West side of town, only 3 miles from the world famous Las Vegas Strip. For groups larger than 16,  please call or email anytime. I have several homes to accomodate any size gathering.

• Deposit, depending on length of stay, and will be refundable within fourteen days of departure.
  This is a very nice home with high end furnishings and expensive personal items. As long as you act in a mature and responsible manner, there will be no issue with the return of your deposit.
  However, if you act in an immature and irresponsible manner, throwing wild parties and breaking things, you will be charged accordingly. We want you to have a good time, and enjoy yourself. We just ask that you be respectful towards our home and our neighbors .
