Enjoy your stay in this beautiful lakefront home with spectacular views. This 2600 sq feet, two story home has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms and can accommodate 6-8 guests comfortably. Interiors are decorated with contemporary art. Master suite has a king sized bed with a balcony overlooking the gorgeous backyard and captivating lake views. 2 guest rooms have a queen bed each. There is a futon in the study and an additional full size mattress for extra guests.
Kitchen fully equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, tea pot, blender, cooking utensils, complete dinner set for 8, wine glasses and all the kitchen basics that you will possibly need.
Backyard: You are just going to love this newly remodeled negative-edge, glass tiled pool and heated spa. After a good relaxing dip, grill your own food, bask in the sunshine or savor the beautiful sunsets of Arizona.
Explore the lake in a 5 person pedal boat. Enjoy catch and release fishing.

- Enjoy our lake community in the five person pedal boat.
- If you're a fishing enthusiast, the lake is stocked with fish. There is a catch and release policy, and you're to use barb-less hooks. I don't have fishing equipment at the home, but that can be arranged.
- There are a lot of hiking trails within a mile or two. The Thunderbird Conservation Park is right next to us
- Enjoy tennis at the Paseo Racquet Center, which is a 10 minute car drive away
- The Glendale Foothhills Recreation and Aquatic Center is a mile away
- Experience the Phoenix area from the sky. Hot air balloon rides are available close by
- Golf at the many public/private courses spread throughtout the Phoenix area
Besides all the above, you can always just sit in the backyard, by the lake, and enjoy the sun
