Located just two miles North of Mendocino, it is walking distance to Russian Gulch and Point Cabrillo State Parks. Sunset views every day of the year. The property is surrounded by a high fence and higher shrubs for privacy. One bedroom, ocean view indoor shower, ocean front outdoor shower, spotlessly clean and well maintained. Private patio, parking, out door dining and lounging. All conviences, WIFI, private phone line, barbque. The kitchen has a refer, microwave, toaster oven and all utensils. Great take out and prepared available in Mendocino (two miles) and Fort Bragg (six miles). Masseuse comes to property. Kitchen stocked with Peet's coffee and teas, milk and cream, wine and beer, cheese and crackers, homemade cookies and homemade granola.

Ocean, ocean, ocean, all the sea critters at the bottom of your cliff. Whales, river otters, seals, sea lions, pelicans, seagulls and osperys are your neighbors. Walk out the gate to miles of trails ~ ocean front, quiet sandy beaches and deep fern drapped redwood canyons. Two miles south is Historic Mendocino. Lots of Restaurants, galleries, theater, and unusual shopping. Pick up a novel to read at Gallery Bookshop, come home with a bottle of wine from the Wine shop and spend the afternoon reading in the comfortable, cushioned redwood Adirondack chairs, put your feet up on the stump and pass the afternoon. The white capped waves of the ocean are just 10 feet away.
