This Thompson St 1 Bedroom sleeps up to 4 and puts you steps away from some of the best shopping, dining and nightlife that NYC has to offer. Close access to the A, C, E, B, D, F, V, N, R, Q, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 Train lines. We are pretty much within 6 blocks of EVERYTHING (by train).

Whether you are in town for business or pleasure, this is a great base for all of your NYC

Terms and Condidtions:
THERE IS A $75 CLEANING FEE payable upon departure in cash. (If you forget, we will charge your card $90)
CHECK-OUT is 11 AM, CHECK IN is at 3pm, but if you have other needs by all means ask us – we can find a way to make it work!

The property is managed my company and therefore we can accomodate many requests. Depending the request, a fee may or may not apply. Some examples of extras are:

Grocery list

Transportation to and from the airport or for events during your stay

The apartment is located near every major train in NYC. You are only a few minutes from the Empire State Building, Statue of Liberty and most museums. 

The rates are for the first two guests. Please add $20 per night for any additional guests. The $20 covers upto 2 additional guests.
