Granite countertops, tiled bathroom, and bamboo hardwood throughout. Master bedroom has a queen bed while the second bedroom has two single beds. Ideal for two couples or a family of four. Close to downtown, restaurants, shopping, bus stop, airport, and freeway entrances. Nice quiet neighborhood. This is a non-smoking home.

Having a Mediterranean climate, Santa Barbara boasts many activities year round. One can enjoy the countless beaches and bustling harbor which offers whale watching, boat/sailboat rentals, kayaking, deep sea fishing, island tours, as well the famous Stearns Wharf. There are many hiking trails which are only a 5-10 minute drive away. Choose from one of several world class golf courses. Bike ride, explore the various museums, sea center, surf, beach volleyball, or enjoy family picnics at the many local beaches and parks. For the more adventurous traveler Santa Barbara has numerous world class mountain bike trails, scuba diving, and great surf. There are many restaurants to choose from in all price ranges. A great nightlife and music scene is second to none. Santa Barbara also has many festivals from Fiesta, Summer Solstice, and its world famous international film festival.

$80 cleaning fee.
