The Master Bedroom has a King size bed and it own private bathroom...All other bedrooms have Queen size beds(2 queen Size Air mattresses supplied to handle up to 12 guests)...Washer and Dryer..  All linens and dishware supplied...This is Truly a Home Away from Home...Free Wi-fi and Directv with all the Movie channels and NBA League Pass

Normal Nightly Rate-$329(3nt Min weekends and Hoildays)

Cleaning fee-$175(Required every 15 nts)

Pet Fee-$100

Insurance fee-$49 for stays less than 7 nights  $59 for 7 nights or longer(no security deposit required)

Pool/Spa heating Fees-

Pre-heat for Pool-$100(Must be turned on 24 hours prior to arrival)

Daily Pool/Spa heating-$75 per day

Spa Only- $25 per day

Payment in full required at time of booking if occupancy date is 60 days or less

Advanced bookings excepted longer than 60 days prior to occupancy with $100 down and balance paid in Full 60 days prior to occupancy

We accept Visa, MC, Cashiers Checks and Wire Transfers...Cashiers checks must be drawn on a U.S Bank and we must have a minimum of 30 days to clear before occupancy..

Absoulutely no smoking allowed in Home($250 penalty for non-compliance)...Please discard Cig Butts in Ash Starys provided in Backyard and Courtyard..
