Guests at the Carnrite House enjoy privileges at the Rosemary Beach Racquet Club for a nominal fee. Beach chair and umbrella service and bicycle rentals are available on a daily or weekly basis. Rosemary Beach has 4 private heated pools, tennis courts, fitness center, private beach, 2 large greens overlooking the Gulf and many shops and restaurants for your enjoyment.

Ground Floor: Entry foyer hallway features travertine floors. Master bedroom suite with a 4-poster King bed, LCD TV, and private bath with double sink and travertine marble shower. Second bedroom with Queen bed, LCD TV, hall bath with shower finished in marble tile. Huge, shady patio for long afternoon relaxation. Beautiful, large inlaid tile heated swimming pool and jetted tub section (can be heated to  86° for an additional fee). Pool courtyard includes a built-in gas grill and large, open-air fireplace.

Second Floor: Floors throughout are of vintage heart pine recovered from an 1800’s bookbinding factory. Great room with sofa, 2 side chairs, coffee table, 14-foot shell mosaic fireplace, 36” TV, DVD & surround sound stereo. Wireless internet connectivity. Spacious chef’s kitchen with granite counters, stainless appliances, Thermador® gas range and wet bar with separate ice maker. Custom dining table seats eight, breakfast bar seats two. Small bathroom with shower adjoins the kitchen. Huge porch overlooking the pool and courtyard offers additional casual dining table for eight and comfortable seating area. A second parade porch with café table and 2 chairs provides more quiet space for relaxation.

Third Floor: Third bedroom is up in a loft area and has two twin beds, side chair, dresser, built-in desk and dramatic view upon the living space below. Shutters can be closed to make this area more private. A TV (no cable) is in this room that can be used by the kids to hook up their game systems.

The Carnrite Carriage House may be booked along with the main house, if available.
