Conveniently located just steps away from the fitness center and indoor pool, this home provides a perfect location for the best in family vacation living. Fully equipped kitchen and ample living areas make this home a wonderful spot to gather and relax when you are not out on the beach or enjoying the beautiful architecture of Rosemary Beach.

Guests also have access to all Rosemary Beach amenities, including 4 private heated pools, tennis courts, fitness center, private beach, 2 large greens overlooking the Gulf, and many shops and restaurants for your enjoyment.

The home’s private courtyard is surrounded by stucco wall and mature lush vegetation. Sunny 10 x 16 private heated pool with 6 loungers and a large umbrella for relaxation. Outdoor eating area features round table with 4 chairs. Hot/cold outdoor shower. Gas BBQ grill is poolside so the chef can be with the family. Use of one garage bay is included.

Please note that the pool heater at Seahorse Cottage is an electric heater, which cannot be operated should temperatures fall below 50°.

It features a comfortable sofa, 2 wicker side chairs with ottomans, 2 additional upholstered side chairs, coffee table, ample reading lamps, 32" LCD TV, DVD/CD player, digital cable, and French doors leading to pool courtyard. Interesting lighting accents dining table with 8 chairs, and French doors leading to pool courtyard. The kitchen is outfitted with stainless appliances, Jenn-aire range, granite countertops, breakfast bar with 4 stools, plus separate wine frig. Queen bedroom has small dresser and LCD TV. Hall bath has vanity sink and tub/shower.

On the second story, the master bedroom features a 4-poster king bed, large armoire, festive linens, LCD TV with digital cable, walk-in closet, ceiling fan, and sofa for relaxation. Private master bath has long double vanity with granite countertop and walk-in shower. Queen bedroom has 2 bedside tables, dresser, ceiling fan and LCD TV. Second bedroom has 2 twin beds with 2 twin trundles underneath, bedside table, dresser, ceiling fan and LCD TV. Hall bath has tiled vanity sink and tub/shower. Large wrap around balcony frames three sides of the home on the second floor giving ample area for outdoor relaxation. Several comfortable seating arrangements are available as well as a table, reading lamp, hammock and outdoor fans which help cool as do natural breezes from the Gulf. Large laundry room has over-sized capacity washer and dryer, built-in ironing board, mini frig, microwave and laundry sink.

This home does have a carriage home which is not rented and may be occasionally occupied by the owner.
