Romar House @ Beachside is located in a great central location,  Hwy. 59 in Gulf Shores is 4 miles to the west and its only 2.7 miles to Orange Beach Blvd to the east.  Brand new direct gulf front home with incredible views to both the east and west. Closer to the beach than the homes to the east, so it has incredible views down the beach in addition to the direct gulf views  behind the home. Custom private pool will be finished by March 2012. The home has 4 master bedrooms that are all gulf front and all have private balconies.  The main floor has two bedrooms and two full baths, one room has a queen bed and the other has two single beds. The 2nd floor has 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Two rooms are masters with king beds with private baths and private balconies, and the other rooms have double bunk beds in one room and a full over a full with a pull out bed underneath the bunk bed.. The 3rd floor has two bedrooms with full baths, both of these rooms are masters with king beds, and one of the masters has a child bed in the room in addition to the king bed.
