Summer is Special in Santa Rosa Beach

Relax and enjoy being "Beached Inn"! This wonderful, young, beach home is part of the charming community of Old Florida Cottages, which boasts lush landscaping, brick pavers, white picket fences, and rainbow colors. Beached Inn is very comfortable and roomy and has a beach style decor with lots of bright colors and cottage furniture.

There is a wonderful ocean view from the kitchen, dining and living areas on the 2nd floor. Sit on the patio off the living area and hear the waves. The walk to the sugar-white sand beach of the Emerald Coast is just 200 yards away. For those who prefer a pool, it is located in the center of the community - just steps from the house. The pool is heated in the spring and fall for your enjoyment.

You will enter Beached Inn on the first floor with two bedrooms and two baths. The master king-size bedroom is on the first floor, complete with its own private deck, as well as a queen-size bedroom that includes a twin bed. On the second floor, the living area takes advantage of the Gulf views. Additionally, there is a third bedroom upstairs with a queen and a twin bed and its own deck. We have sleeping for eight to ten people. One king, two queens, two twins, and a queen-size sleeper couch.

We have done everything we can to make this house enjoyable and relaxing for all. We have even left golf clubs and beach chairs with an umbrella there for our renters' use, so it’s less you need to worry about.

The house includes a washer and dryer, 42" HD flat screen TV with DVD player in living room, TV's and DVD players in all bedrooms, wireless internet, all cooking utensils and linens, as well as lots of books and games.

There is a 17 mile walking/biking path along 30A through several charming beach communities including Grayton, Watercolor and Seaside.  Several restaurants and boutiques are within walking distance, as well as bike and kayak rentals.  The 11 rare coastal dune lakes along 30A are wonderful for paddling and exploring.

Silver Sands Outlet Mall, one of the largest designer outlets in the country, is in nearby Destin.  Destin also boasts several family-friendly attractions including Big Kahuna Waterpark, the Track and several miniature golf courses.

There are many art galleries in the beach communities, as well as several restaurants to suit every palate.
