Rustic Elegance Log Home with Views in White Mountains

This beautiful log home was built with pine trees harvested from the property. From the exterior, the home does not look like a typical log home, but on the inside, the 'bones' of the house show clearly the log construction. Designed and built by hand, you will appreciate the workmanship and rustic qualities the house affords.  The loghome comfortably sleeps a party of 4 to 6.
There are three levels to the house:
Lower Level - Mudroom, Master Bedroom (tempurpedic king-size bed), Bedroom #2 - Two Twins, Bath w/Shower, & Laundry (main entrance on this level)
Main Level - Open Living consists of Kitchen/Dining/Living Rooms, a glorious Sunroom with sofa-bed, and a Full Bath
Loft Level - Open Loft bedroom with queen-size bed and one Half Bath
Pets - OK with owner's permission/deposit.

Linens provided, Air conditioning, Fully Applianced Kitchen, Washer/Dryer, Cable TV, broadband and WiFi, DVD player, private parking, room for bikes and and snow machines all included.
Bed Set-up: One King, One Queen, two twins, plus a queen-size sofabed.

The spectacular White Mountains are an ideal location for your winter & summertime vacations. Attractions: Littleton Main St. Restaurants and Shopping (5 min.), Moore Reservoir or Conn. River (5 min.), Cannon Mtn. & Franconia State Park (15 min.), Flume Gorge (20 min.), Whale's Tale Water Park (25 min.), Bretton Woods & Mt. Washington Cog Railway (30 min.), Loon Mtn. (30 min.), Clarks Trading Post (30 min.), Santa's Village (45 min.), Six Gun City (45 min.), Storyland (45 min.), Burke Mtn. (45 min.), Polar Caves (45 min.), Mt. Washington Auto Road (1 hour), Conway Scenic Railroad (1 hour). Don't forget Vermont! We are very close to the border, so lots of things to see and do.

In the summer enjoy several public golf courses, canoeing, fishing, boating, world-class hiking, & biking. In the winter, you can snowmobile from the guest house. Three ski resorts to choose from (Cannon Mt, Bretton Woods or Loon Mt.), snowshoe, ice fish & ice skate. Enjoy tax-free shopping in downtown Littleton year-around.

Rates are up to 4 guests. There is an extra charge of $50 per day/per guest for 5th & 6th guests. No extra charge for children under 4 years of age.

Payment Schedule is as follows:
- A 50% payment is due to secure your reservation. Balance due 30 days prior to check-in

Fees:
- One-time charge in the amount of $49 for Property Insurance
- $75.00 Cleaning Fee
- 9% NH Rooms & Meals Tax

- Fully Refundable Pet Deposit of $100.00 (if applicable)

- International Exchange Rate Fee of 2.5% (if applicable)

Forms of Payment Accepted:
We accept US funds in the form of credit cards or e-check (a requirement form of payment if you book within 30 days of stay). If you prefer to pay with a personal check or money order, you must book more than 30 days in advance.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel your reservation with more than 60 days notice, you will be refunded 100% of any payments made.
If you cancel your reservation within 30 to 60 days of your stay, you will be refunded 90% of any payments made
If you cancel your reservation with less than 30 days of your stay, we will refund any payments made by 90%, if we are able to re-book the property for the same time; otherwise, your payment(s) will be forfeited.

Pet Deposit Policy:
Pets are allowed only with owner's prior approval and a $100.00 pet deposit. Pet deposits are returned within 30 days of your check-out date, after confirmation from the cleaning service that your pet has not damaged the home.
