Build a fire in the outdoor fireplace on a chilly evening or get your friends together for a game of Croquet, Cornhole or Ping Pong!

Included are a fully equipped kitchen, full sized stove, refrigerator w/icemaker, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes, and utensils.  All towels and bed linens, hair dryer, vacuum, iron and ironing board, full size washer/dryer.  55 inch rotating flat screen TV with Blue Ray DVD/CD player, DirectTV service, DVD's and CD's plus hook up for your IPad/IPod. Stone fireplace with wood stove, central AC and heat.  

Sleeps 12 people!  There are 2 Full Bathrooms, 2 Bedrooms each with a queen bed, one set of bunk beds in room adjoining upstairs bedroom and a fold out queen sleep sofa in the sleeping loft as well as a double and single bunk..  There is a sun porch off of the family/dining room with a Daybed, and 4 rocking chairs. Perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view of the stocked pond and lush landscape!
