We've stayed there in 2016, but it needs reverse cycle Air-con in all the rooms of the house. During the summer ceiling fans just don't work. The old air con in the first bedroom is old and useless. The small TV in that room doesn't work, when you use the TV out the back. The bed next to the laundry needs to be made into a bedroom, just the bed with a bedside draws is not enough to keep your clothes. Also the back room is so hot, the fan is usless. The gap between the carpet and the bathroom is a tripping hazard, especially with you toes. Apart from the all that, put in 4 reverse cycle aircons, fix up the TV and the tripping hazard into the bathroom, and you shouldn't have anymore complains.

  • Great Location...Great Unit

Wow what a fantastic property, right on the waters edge. The unit was very spacious, clean and well equipped ,the lounge and beds were very comfortable, the walk in robe and bathroom of the main bedroom was massive, the ceiling fan was a bonus. The water pressure and shower was perfect. Great location with a nice little shady spot right in front of unit to sit before a swim, the walking path was right outside the gate to the unit and it was a nice walking path which led to Redcliffe or Scarborough.Even thought the unit was on the ground floor you still got plenty of breeze on the front patio, the patio had a great outdoor lounge and table.Yes the stairs down to the unit can be a pain but we found the best way to exit was via the side gate and use the straight stairs that led up to carpark.he pool was nice, amazing views and breeze, plus the shade over half the pool made it nice and cool. The free wi-fi was great, phone reception was fine for messaging but you needed to go onto the patio at times to make calls. Overall we loved it, great value for money and we would highly recommend the property.
