  • Fantastic space in a great neighborhood, everything you could need when traveling for work or fun!

The space has its own private entrance on the left side of the house equipped with Elocks, letting you come and go as you please without disturbing, or feeling the need to interact with anyone. There's a bedroom and restroom and Blake has provided everything you could possibly want. Toiletries, microwave, kuereg, minifridge, ear plugs, sunglasses, the list goes on and on. I would 10/10 stay here again. The only thing negative to say, is the house has somewhat thin walls and you can hear movement and such in the mid evening hours, but not late. Blake has provided for this, with a white noise machine, and ear plugs if you're a light sleeper and you decided to go to bed early. I'd not let this keep me from staying here. Overall a wonderful experience. Location was very close to all the action, and I saved a ton of money all week by skipping a car rental and ubers, by riding the scooters around, which can be found in the neighborhood.

  • Great location! Close to UCLA/Westwood

We stayed here while visiting our daughter at UCLA. The location was perfect (about a 10 minute drive). The cottage is just as described and photos are accurate. Beds were comfortable and kitchen stocked. There is a secluded patio at the base of the stairs which is a nice feature. The cottage is on the second floor of a garage and accessed through an alley. We had 2 cars and street parking was never an issue. The cottage could use a few upgrades but overall a good place to stay when visiting. It's located in a residential area, so if you have a car it is easy to get to area attractions or local market. Didn't find much walking distance other than the Brentwood Country Club. We were overall happy with our stay and would definitely return in the future.
