  • Clean, quiet and great location

This was one of the nicest little places we’ve stayed in San Francisco. It was a great location with easy bus access, a Safeway close by, a few bakeries close by and several restaurants to pick from for dining out. The open area space had a very comfortable couch, a small dining area and well equipped kitchen which was well stocked with basics for any meal preparation. The bathroom had nice towels, soaps and lotions for our use and the bedroom had a very comfortable bed and the bedding and linens were high quality. When we arrived there was wine and water available for our stay and the family/managers were very friendly and easy to work with for our trip. We look forward to coming back in the future. • Great location for play or work

While my husband and I used this lovely location for three days of play, I kept thinking I would have much preferred to stay in such a nice setting over a hotel on my extended business trips. The apartment is sparkling clean, comfortably and attractively furnished, and spacious. In addition to a sitting area in the open-plan main section, there's a generous desk with comfy work chair and good light--and even a table to spread out handouts and prep a presentation if that's what you need instead of dining in style. The hosts were warm and welcoming and provided lots of clear, helpful info. There are many good restaurants within walking distance in a safe, very quiet neighborhood--and you can pop out to Target, just a couple of blocks away for what you forgot. Parking and laundry are big pluses. Just pay attention to the fact that this unit has a kitchenette not a kitchen; it's got the basics for those who want simple breakfasts and lunches (microwave and toaster oven only) at home and bigger meals out, not for someone expecting to cook. We'd come back in a flash.
