    This was our first experience using itrip. The staff was very accomodating. We checked in early and there was confusion on our arrival time so I want to note no one had an opportunity to check the house before we went in. With that said there were many things not working within the home it is definitely in need of some attention. That should not reflect the company but the owners. I didn't get my midweek house keeping that was noticeably missed there wasn't enough space for trash on the property unless we overlooked it. So we had bags of trash piled up. The home seemed to be misrepresented thru the website via photos. There is only one bath tub in this house that should be noted I'd suggest on the company's behalf they should say that out front especially for a hone with the capacity of 12. We have 5 little children and a bath tub is a necessity. The bath tub in the house had a leak so I couldn't keep it filled up to bathe my kids. The pictures allow the home to look much larger than it is. That was a disappointment when we walked in. I think it's always better to just be fully transparent so your client doesn't enter with disappointment. We had significant amount of snow while we were there. A snow removal team came in during the day to help clear the decks but didn't give us any prior notice that they were coming. They entered the property without our knowledge while we weren't there. That made me uncomfortable I'd prefer to know in advance if someone is planning to be in the space we are occupying while we aren't there.

  • Beautiful little condo!

    The condo was the perfect size for two people. Very inviting decor with a nice bottle of wine left on the counter for us upon arrival. Two cozy bathrobes hanging in the master closet for us were a nice treat. Owner was available via text for any questions. Would definitely stay again!
