The Solterra Escape property was awesome. We had 2 families (11
people) in our party. Easily the best house we’ve had in our four years doing multiple family vacations. Extremely clean and upscale features/amenities. Loved the kitchen and the two living spaces (1 upstairs and 1 down). Tons of space overall. The kids especially loved the PS4. Pool and hot tub were perfect temps and very clean and maintained. The Solterra Clubhouse was great too and just out the back shrubs and across the street. Literally took 60 seconds to get there. Lazy river, pools, water slide...lots of shade and free cabanas. The were 2 reasons I gave the location and neighborhood 4 stars- 1) Even though it states there are strict rules on parking (something like a 2 car limit per household), this was not adhered to at all. We had people parking the wrong way, parking in non parking spaces on the street and even behind our driveway. This was particularly difficult because we had a 15 passenger van to back out. There were times we barely could get out. 2) The cell reception in the neighborhood was almost non-existent. Neither of these small issues had anything to do with the house and could not be controlled by the property owners. We had a great time. And absolutely loved everything, minus those 2 things. If you’re willing to stay a little further from the parks, you can get an amazing house like this one for a very reasonable amount with tons of upgrades and amenities! I know this area is on the verge of booming based in the construction I saw going up. It’s only going to get better. I would definitely recommend this property and stay here again. It was fabulous!
