We really enjoyed our stay at Paradise Found. It was just 2 of us so there was plenty of room. There was a nice breeze since it is so high in the trees. You can even hear the waves crashing, even with the windows closed.

What a great weekend getaway. We are from Tampa, FL. So it was a two hour drive south, a ten minute ferry ride and you completely forget the hustle and bustle of living or working in a city. Bring all your own food and games. You'll quickly realize this is not a TV weekend. As we were packing to leave; my wife and I realized we never turned the TV or even thought about it. The house is feet from the dock and sits on stilts, being higher from ground level is such a huge benefit, especially as you walk out the front door to a screened-in patio and enjoy great views of the bay. The fully AC'd house has a king in one bedroom, the other has twin and full bunk bed. One bathroom and a full size kitchen in main suite. The dining room opens to a deck that leads to a mother-in-law suite. (We did not rent this part out, but if going with 6 people this would be perfect.) There is a small outside staircase that leads to the roof of the second story mother-in-law suite, so essentially the 3rd floor. From here you can see the whole island, a great ocean view and bay view. This quickly became our sunset spot. I would suggest renting golf carts while on the island, as cruising around on these makes the trip so much easier on you. Don't forget to charge overnight! Unfortunately our trip was during red tide season, so we didn't get to experience the beach. I would suggest bringing bug spray. We stayed with another couple, all in our mid-30s and would recommend for a great, quiet, laid back weekend of having drinks, playing board games enjoying sunsets and laughs together.
