The chalet is even more beautiful in person - the photos don’t do it justice. It is in a quiet little village just a few minutes drive from Chamonix - really the perfect distance to escape to a quiet place, without being too far away from the restaurants and activities of town. The chalet is surrounded by trees, near a small stream, and the views from the deck were spectacular! The chalet is spotless and there was plenty of room for the three of us. The beds were comfortable, and everything super clean and tidy. The chalet was recently renovated with great care in detail and with lots of thoughtful touches to make one’s stay extra special. Dominque was there to greet us upon our arrival; what a lovely, friendly, and kind hostess. She had great suggestions for local restaurants and hikes, and even left a bottle of wine in the fridge for us. She was so welcoming and the chalet truly felt like home.

  • Fantastic Chalet in a Great Location!

We comfortably slept 7 adults and 3 kids during a 6 night stay starting in late August during the UTMB in Chamonix. There are 5 well sized bedrooms with many bathrooms and lots of common open space on the main floor to relax. The chalet came well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen along with bedsheets and towels for everyone. The deck out of the back was enjoyable to sit outside with the glacier as a backdrop. We used the laundry machines on site and also relaxed in the built-in spa which were nice perks. The location was great and was a very short drive into Chamonix for shops, restaurants and groceries. Note that you will need to supply your own soap for the bathrooms and toilet paper since they were not supplied. We didn't know that until we arrived. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Les Bossons to anyone visiting the area!
