Daniel’s place was absolutely lovely. He greeted us personally and showed us around. Fresh croissants, coffee, milk and juice were waiting for our arrival. It was like visiting an old friend. The apartment was fantastic and perfectly located. Comfortable beds, bathrooms and everything we needed. I would recommend this place for folks not needing or wanting to stay in the center of Paris. Taking the train on the days that we went into the city only added to our adventure and the sense of experiencing the local flair that much more closely.
The apartment was absolutely perfect for our family of 4’s first visit to Paris. As we’d never been before I did hours upon hours of research on the best district to stay. This location did NOT disappoint, as soon as you walk outside there’s a ton of shops to explore, as well as a lovely fresh farmers market just right around the corner. You don’t have a view of the Eiffel Tower but a short 5-10 minute walk and you are standing right under it! Eric, the property manager was always responsive and helpful, I’m sure I was a total pain with all my questions but he answered each one timely and politely. I cannot wait to go back and I’ll most definitely be renting this property again 😍.
A few things to make note of:
1). Paris only allows Central AC in hotels so although there’s a fan you’ll need to open windows and let the fresh Paris Air in to keep a cool Apartment (we visited in July).
2). The Washer Dryer (for us Americans who are used to large machines) is small; if your planning to do a lot of laundry, there is a Laundry Mat just a short 2-3min walk and is extremely clean and easy to use.
You cannot beat the location or the price of this rental!
