We were very happy with our stay in Pierangela’s apartment. Apartment is not modern but has everything you need. Having 2 bathrooms is very convenient, saving you time to be ready for skiing in the morning and to be ready for the rest in the evening.
They have heat off in condominium from 11pm to 6am. But we have never felt cold, apartment is very worm.
Pierangela is very helpful and responsive host. She could arrange renting sheets and towels for us and provided WIFI (pretty fast WIFI). Thank you very much!
You cannot bit location – it is just couple minutes walk to Spinale. From there you can reach any other of numerous ski areas in Madonna di Campiglio. We rented ski and boots at Spinale rental office. They have heated lockers where you can leave ski and boots for the nights. It was very convenient not to carry ski and boots to home.
Supermarket is 2 blocks away (4 min walk).
I would definitely recommend this apartment.
We found the apartment to be comfortable and well equipped. It had 2 bedrooms with good storage. There was a double and a room with bunks and an option for a sofa bed. I think travelling as a party of 3 or 4 makes it a generous space to live in. Less so for a party of 5 but ample if you are on a budget. The apartment also came with secure underground parking. Alternatively there was a bus stop within a 100m which was on the village circular route.
The location was excellent with a 50-70m walk to the Colarin lift. From here you can access the whole valley lift system.
There is a supermarket within 5 minutes and its approximately a 10 minute walk into the village, so overall a very good location.
We found Leonardo to be very helpful and communacative. He had assistance in resort by way of a ski instructor who lived in the apartment above. This made it really easy for access and any questions that might occur during the stay.
Leonardo gave us some recommendations for places to go in the village. We went to the Swiss cafe in the village square which was excellent and a must if you are in the area and we also dined at the Picadilly restaurant which was good quality reasonabley priced food.
We had a fantastic family holiday and felt very much welcomed in this mainly Italian resort.I can recommend both the area and this property. Thanks Leonardo
