- A Beautiful Vacation Destination
Villa Deodata is a wonderful place to visit. It is perched above the lovely, small town Sant Ambrosio, a short drive to the must-see Cefalu. Villa Deodata is equipped with all the amenities one would need, including its own pool. It is a comfortable home that my wife and I could have remained for months. Carmelina was flexible and communicative, and Peter was most helpful with directions, interesting facts about the area, and hints of where to eat and visit. My rating is five stars, and if I could, I would give it an additional five.

What a fantastic apartment - gorgeous views from absolutely every window (including views from a terrace and even a widow's walk on the roof), comfortable sitting room, and a great, spacious layout. The location is amazing - steps from the main square and only a few blocks from the beach. The owner is easy to work with (our water was inexplicably turned off our first morning, and he had someone come to turn it back on immediately and also drove out himself to double-check that all worked out). A word of caution - the beds and sheets are not the most comfortable, and because of the great location, it can be really noisy in the evening with strolling crowds in the street below and music in the square. However, we felt like we were in a dream location and definitely look forward to visiting again.
