We spent 6 wonderful days at Massimo's Villa. The pictures on the site do not deceive, it's even more beautiful in person. We had 7 adults and and our 2 year old daughter and we had plenty of space. The bedrooms are spacious and bathrooms newly remodeled and beautiful. Bonus the plumbing and hot water work well unlike other experiences we had in Rome and Sicily. The kitchen is big with a large table to gather and modern appliances. The property and garden is huge and is like having your own private park which is beautifully landscaped with citrus and olive trees and flowers. There is a very nice spa pool however it was too cold to use in the evening when we wanted to use it. I'm sure it's wonderful in the summer however. The views from the Villa and the garden are unbelievable of the sea and Its almost as if you can reach out and touch Capri, the sunsets are amazing! Our daughter loved running around the gardens playing and swinging on the swing and hammock and we didn't have to worry because it's all enclosed. It's all very level even though it's located on a steep slope as everything is here. The Villas location in Termini is close to Sorento and good for exploring the Amalfi coast. We did day trips to Positano, Amalfi, Ravello and a private boat trip to Capri which was arranged by Massimos local hosts Luca and Rita who were very helpful arranging anything you may need or want to do and responding to things. The local village of Termini is very charming and friendly. There is a small grocery store with great meats and lots of local cheeses including fresh mozzarella from that morning! A cafe where you can get fresh pizza, sandwiches, pastries, espresso and coffees and buy beer and liquor. The best thing though is the local restaurant Eugenes where they serve excellent homemade food and local wine which you can also buy to go by the liter or 5 liter. I think we ended up buying a barrel of it by weeks end which we enjoyed at the villa in the gardens along with the delicious local cheeses and meats while watching sunsets! It's about a 10 minute walk up hill to the village. The streets to the villa from the village are extremely narrow (one lane) so it's difficult especially with a large vehicle so keep in mind when renting. The streets everywhere along the Amalfi coast are very narrow and driving not for the amateur or faint of heart. overall our trip and the Villa were amazing and would definitely repeat! Thanks Massimo!

It was a little difficult to find but once we did it was as advertised. Nice location with a great view. Could use updated mattresses.
