  • Great location, right in between Plymouth and Cape Cod on the water.

Very clean charming cottage. Second bedroom is downstairs and needs a new bed and bathroom could use some towel bars. Main floor was very nice and comfy. View was unbelievable, it was rainy and damp the days we stayed, had it been nice would have been outside relaxing in nice chairs and at picnic table. We would stay again.

We have returned to Cecil's house each summer for the past eight years because every one of those summer vacations has provided our family with happy memories that make our return each year a must. The house has always been cleaned and well stocked for our arrival. The kitchen has every utensil, appliance, and cleaning product you would ever need. The ability to do laundry in-house is very convenient. The front porch and back deck with a grill make for precious family gathering and conversation. Cecil is always available, pleasant, gracious, and quick to reply to every communication, whether it's to answer a question or respond to a problem. He's always professional and attends to every detail during the reservation process and in preparations for our arrival. The house is within walking distance to Hyannis' downtown area shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions. It's only a short walk to the private beach and near many family oriented activities like miniature golf, a water park, and many ice cream shops. There's also walking and biking opportunities near Cecil's house. We've had such wonderful family vacations during the last eight years that we've committed to year nine with the same enthusiasm we've had each of the last eight years.
