Overall we were very happy with this condo, it was very clean, and had everything my family of 4 needed for our trip. The check in process via the App was a little disappointing. I never received a notification (even though I allowed push notifications from the app when downloading) so we were never alerted when the unit was ready. We headed there about 30 minutes before the 4:00 check in time and the unit was ready, but without any notification. Which left us wondering with 2 young children how much earlier we could have been in without killing time elsewhere. The 4 beach chairs promised were nowhere to be found which prompted a call to the property management company. Nobody answered the phone anytime I called. I always had to leave a message and I didn’t get a call back until nearly 5:00 when they closed. By then we had already been to the beach, without chairs, which wasn’t a huge deal, but we didn’t bring our own since there were supposed to be some provided. Monday morning the property management team came by and helped us located the chairs which had been locked away accidentally in an owners closet.
Overall this property was great! The golf course views were very nice and proximity to the beach was also good. However, with small children and a lot of beach stuff I would recommend bikes with cargo trailers or getting up early enough to park at the beach club.
Despite the minor issues I would stay here again. I would recommend that the property management company do a better job of communicating when renters call with issues and also with alerting renters when the units are ready.
