This is great property! We traveled from the East and West coast of the US and it is well worth the trip. We were a group of 14, ages 1-51. Everyone enjoyed the relaxing quiet setting. Fredrik and Barbara made sure everything was in order. I would recommend using Barbara to pre-arrange supplies and events. We were there the 3rd week of June and the highlight is the outdoor patio and pool enjoying the view. It is somewhat remote (as stated in the description) even though you are only 15 km from Palma. We did several days of road cycling and I will say that the road to the house is ridable but not the best for road bikes (ok for Mtn bikes but you better be in good condition to climb about 300m over the 12 km round trip!) We have rented homes in Europe, the Caribbean and US and this ranks near the top! Thanks for a great week.

Views to die for. A haven of nature and wildlife. Wonderful, kind and generous hosts. There aren't many places like this that are so unspoiled, homely and that have so much history. The house is an old olive pressing farm (with parts dating back to the 13th and 17th centuries) with extraordinary views over the bay of Palma, surrounded by ancient olive trees, sheep, wild goats and fields of wild flowers (in spring). The house itself is simple, rustic, but very tastefully done with many personal touches relating to the owners' family with a simple pool and outside chairs and tables under the orange and lemon trees. It's 15 minutes off the beaten track, but only 35 minutes to Palma, 15 minutes to Esporles, 35 minutes to Valdemossa, 45 minutes to Deia.
