One of the best homes and home owners I've ever worked with! The pictures of the home don't do it justice, you really have to see it to believe it. Home was plenty big for the 10 of us to move around, sleep, and still have 'alone' time. Kitchen is very well furnished and Matt even had some cookie sheets delivered from Amazon because he knew we were doing a cookie exchange. I really can't say enough nice things about the home or Matt. I love that the home is affordable and we hope to be back again soon. Thank you Matt and we all hope you enjoy your cookies!! :)

We had a wonderful 4 days at the Little Green Lake House. The setting is just perfect and our dogs enjoyed terrorizing the chipmunks in the large, beautiful yard. The home was ideal for the two of us and the king-sized bed was very comfortable. I haven't seen a home THIS well-appointed since I emptied out my grandmother's home. There is not a kitchen utensil or implement that isn't makers, casserole dishes, tortilla warmer, egg beaters, egg whippers, broasters; you name it...they have it! And the spice cabinet had condiments I had never even heard of. Back in the laundry area every cabinet was stuffed with anything you might need for a vacation including picnic baskets, paper plates, plastic utensils, laundry detergent, plastic bags, even dogs beds and toys. Best of all, Brian was the consummate host. When we struggled figuring out the TV, I shot him a text and although he was on vacation, he immediately called and helped this "non-techie". There is a large and cozy lower level with a fireplace and big-screen TV that is accessible by a tight spiral staircase....could be problematic for seniors or toddlers but a great situation for teens who could have their own "kid cave" while mom and dad enjoy the upstairs, the marvelous view and the peaceful surroundings.
