The Ultimate 30A Getaway - Beach, Shops, Amenities, Pet Friendly & More

Three bedroom, 2.5 bath cottage less than one mile to Grayton beach and two miles to Seaside. All bedrooms have NEW Smart TV's. The living room has a 65" TV, DVD player, and a full sleeper. House has Amazon Fire TV, WiFi and a washer and dryer. Upstairs balcony/patio with outdoor seating. Downstairs has two decks to grill and relax on. Weber charcoal grill provided. Cottage is located in quiet 14 house neighborhood with a community pool. Four bikes included and bike paths to the beach outside back door. Beach chairs, beach toys and many other fun items included. Pack-n-play available. Walking distance to bars, restaurants, and outdoor shops. (Golf cart not included)

Gorgeous and perfect location!

From the time we arrived until we left, it was perfect! I have never felt so accommodated prior to arriving as well! I didn’t ask for anything special but the owner communicated details that we needed. Once we arrived everything was perfect! The home was beautiful and had everything we could have possibly needed. Thank you thank you! I can’t wait for our next trip!

Great stay!

We so enjoyed our stay in Grayton! Drew, the host, responds quickly and will help with any interests (in our case, bicycle rental recommendation). He will make sure you find what you need. With such a helpful host, and with a beautiful place to stay, we had wonderful family time at the beach, on bicycles, hiking through the state park, and more.

House was very clean and comfortable. Close to Hwy 98 and 30A. Drew was very attentive owner. Would stay there again!

Grayt place!

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Grayton. The host went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Would definitely stay again!

We are a family of 6 with three girls and one boy! We have a miniature Dachshund named Trixie. We fell in love with Grayton beach a few years back and love sharing our home for others to create the lifelong memories we have. We hope to make your stay as memorable and comfortable as possible.

Nice quiet small neighborhood very close to the beach with community pool. Bike path to Grayton beach and Seaside right outside the back door. The ultimate family getaway!

What makes this property unique

19 miles of biking, running, walking, and the neat little shops and local art. Two miles from Seaside shops and less than a mile to Grayton beach and the Famous Red Bar. We provide a shed with tons of beach toys, chairs, bikes, umbrella and many other things to make your stay more enjoyable!
