If you are looking for a perfect get away in paradise, this is it! This luxury Palms at Wailea unit is located near the spectacular pool and Jacuzzi and all the amenities this popular complex affords.

Located in the Palms at Wailea complex, across from the ocean view clubhouse, Unit 303 is beautifully decorated and recently remodeled, right down to the furniture. This ground floor unit is rare with its split system air conditioning; it'll feel like your home away from home. With approximately 1200 sq. ft. of living space, you can spread out and relish the fact that you've made it to paradise! Complimentary parking in your own designated space will be available.
A stone's throw away from the pristine shores of Keawakapu Beach, this non-smoking unit has wonderful amenities! The kitchen is fully appointed with granite counter tops and a dining table large enough to seat 6 people. The condo has a spacious feel with a mirrored wall in the dining room and open floor plan to the living room, tile floors and ceiling fans throughout. Large sliding glass doors give an airy feel with the warmth of the sun that open up to a nice sized lanai complete with chairs and a BBQ. Wi Fi is available also. Sit back and enjoy all the comforts of home! Try out the pool and jacuzzi to relax after a day of sightseeing. The whole experience leaves you with the feeling of Hawaiian immersion!
Take time to explore what Maui has to offer and check out the surrounding area. Absolutely Wonderful

The condo was exactly as advertised. We loved having the ground floor with the large lawn for the kids to play. The property and pool was immaculate and we would definitely consider staying here again.

Ideal for a Family

We loved our stay here! The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed using the beach chairs and cooler. We used the grill and ate outside for most of our meals. The location is great with the pool being right across the street and the beaches were a short drive away. The pool does have a lot of rules so just be aware with kids.

Had a wonderful stay. The condo was very nice, with a great pool. Good location. Short drive to restaurants and shopping. Nice area for our morning walk!

Nice overall but a few things need updated

Location was great, outside property was beautiful, easy access to everything. Super easy check in! Bed was comfortable. Kitchen has been updated & is nice, other things are old. Blinds were very old & disgusting (vertical hanging ones)- dirty & had multiple missing slats so you could see right into living room & master bedroom from outside/parking lot. They also moved with the AC & so you could see into our room. I contacted property management- Krista was responsive & sent me to another management, they told me to tape sheets up. Hard with no tape, etc. Washer was EXTREMELY loud & obnoxious- could not run it at night for sure & made it hard to hear others. Dryer was fine. Could tell the cleaners did a very mediocre job & hadn’t seemed to be in recently as there were multiple dead spiders, dust, etc. If they took care of blinds (got completely new window/sliding door coverings) I would stay here again! Overall a good experience but definitely need to fix the window covering & washer situation.
