- manche Einrichtungsgegenstände sind in die Jahre gekommen - für den Preis eine große Wohnung in guter Lage mit guter Ausstattung

Un logement idéalement situé

Nous sommes arrivés dans un appartement très propre et conforme à l annonce, idéalement situé dans un quartier calme rive droite à deux pas de la plage et trois du centre ville. N y pensez pas garer votre véhicule, c est impossible en saison mais beaucoup de parkings accessibles à 7 minutes à pied. Attention à vos draps, ne faites pas comme nous car le lit est plus grand que prévu. Lol. Je dirais pour chipoter qu il manque un peu de bol, tasse et verres car avec le lave vaisselle c est un peu juste. Propriétaire au top, elle répond très vite et est de bon conseil. Je recommande chaudement cet appartement.

Location agréable si ce n'est les odeurs d'égout

Location très bien située au calme , tout près de la plage et proche du centre ville également. La description de l'appartement est fidèle et la réactivité de la propriétaire quand nécessaire est très rapide. Hélas le tableau est terni par des odeurs d’égout très incommodantes en provenance de la cage d'escalier. C'est d'autant plus décevant que le problème avait déjà été signalé l'année dernière avec comme réponse de la propriétaire que le problème allait être réglé!
